Introduction to Nordic Colorwork
Learn the foundations of stranded colorwork knitting rooted in Scandinavian tradition. We'll cover yarn dominance, tension management, reading colorwork charts, and completing a small swatch sampler. You'll leave with the confidence to tackle your first colorwork project — perhaps a pair of mittens or a hat band.

Two contrasting colors of DK-weight wool yarn and US 5/6 needles. A materials list will be emailed upon confirmation.
About your instructor
Kirsten learned to knit from her mother Marie on the island of Fyn in Denmark. She teaches at the Cultural Center of Cape Cod and from her studio in Barnstable. Small groups, personal attention, real technique.
